(a) RFQ form: company, contact name, email, phone, country, product category, message, optional file attachments. (b) Server logs: IP address, user agent, request timestamp (essential security purpose). (c) Cookies: see Section 8.
3. Why We Collect
To respond to your RFQ inquiry, send quotations, and maintain ongoing technical / commercial communication. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
(a) Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to process your B2B inquiry. (b) Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security logging, fraud prevention.
5. Data Retention
RFQ submissions retained for 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs retained 30 days. Attachments auto-deleted 60 days after RFQ marked as processed.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We share necessary data with: Resend (email delivery, US), Vercel (hosting, US), Neon (database, US/EU), Cloudflare (security/CDN, global). All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers.
7. Your Rights (GDPR Ch. 3)
Access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, withdraw consent. Requests: [email protected] (response within 30 days).
8. Cookies
Essential cookies only (session, locale preference), plus Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies enabled only after explicit opt-in via the bottom consent banner.
9. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed in the US (Resend, Vercel) under SCCs. Cloudflare may process globally per their published data residency.
10. Children
Service not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Updates
We may update this Policy. Changes reflected by updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via website banner.
